I spent the past week at the Jersey Shore for a mini getaway.  It was so nice to get away for a couple of days and disconnect from work.  Only fitting though to shoot some looks at the beach though!

My makeup was done by my sister, @livinlavida_yoga.  She's a really talented makeup artist and taught me the art of contour! This dress is by Jill Stuart and is definitely something I would put one of my clients in for a summer wedding or any other formal occasion so when I decided to wear it, I wanted to see what it would be like without shoes down by the water.  And it turned out gorgeous!  Its so comfortable and light and the breeze picked it up perfectly.  If you are looking for a good transitional dress this one is on my list!
